I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at H&R Block in October 2010.

Interview Details

The hiring process is somewhat drawn out. From initial application to hire was 90 days and I was already in the system. The interview process is fairly standard in that you meet with HR then the hiring manager and on occassion with addl supervisors and or peers.
