Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at H&R Block.
Interview Details – I applied online and took an online assessment. Two days later I receive a phone call requesting additional information. Simple questions asking about my customer service experience. Two weeks later I receive an e-mail requesting consent to do a background check. The next day I receive a job offer via e-mail.
Interview Question – There was nothing difficult. The only questions I had was how many years I spent in customer service, and why I was interested in the position. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, an offer is sent via e-mail and you either accept or decline.
