Phone interview. Probably the most laid-back, no-stress interview experience I've ever had.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 days)
I submitted my application and was called within a couple of days to interview.
The interview process took about an hour and a half. They told me I would be called back, and I was called within days to learn that I had been hired pending my background and drug checks. This process took about 2 weeks and then I was officially hired as a member of HCA.

The interview was laid back, rather informal. Interviewer was the director of the service desk and he's just a nice guy.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
They did a panel interview, w/general hr ques, to see if you are good fit with co. 3 of ur strongest traits, what is your weakness? How would you deal with an irate client? etc etc. My personal opinion the 2 interviewers were young and possibly intimidated by my past experience.

Interviewed with the Network Administrator and was made some promises that didn't happen. The raises of the company are 4% a year at the most and I have never heard of anyone who received a 4% raise. Politics play a very big part of the work environment. They have some that work there that are considered "untouchable" and can do no wrong and this is all do to who they know or who they married.
