Interviewed Oct 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
I applied online from a hit on a job board. After filling out the online form and uploading my resume, I was contacted by phone within a few hours by an offshore recruiter. He was difficult to understand and I was told that my salary requirement was too high and that the local manager would call me. I received that call later in the afternoon and after discussing my experience and interest, was told to stick to my salary requirement. I was then invited in for a 1:1 interview with the reporting manager and customer. Both interviews went well and I was mailed an offer letter after some email correspondence regarding salary. I was basically met in the middle between my requirement and their initial offer.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in West Point, PA (took 2 days)
I partook in a "weekend" interview for the job role. They were very courteous to let me know when they would be calling. Only the first interview was all of 10 minutes long asking simple hr questions. The second interview the following day was more or less a repeat of the first, lasting about 30 minutes long. The fact that they did not verify my technical skills was a bit worrying. I was thinking, "If they don't screen very well, then what will my coworkers be like?" Anyway, I thought they weren't interested but the following week they had an offer 10 k less than my asking salary.
Reason for Declining
While I haven't officially declined it yet, I'm seriously considering it. I'll update this once I've made my decision.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 weeks)
HR represenatative gave a brief description of job requirements over phone and we agreed on a salary. After couple of days HR rep called back and wanted to reduce salary, which we agreed. I had 1st phone screen, next day I called HR rep to find out the status and HR rep was not aware that interview had happened. After few days HR rep again wanted to reduce salary, which we agreed again. I had another phone screen and these interviewers were not aware that I had already been phone screened. After couple of days I had a personal interview with client Manager and from his expectations I understood my responsibilities are not as communicated by HR rep.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I was expected to take a very higher level team managerial role and not the team member role the HR rep informed me about. They made me believe I am required for a lower level and also kept on reducing salary offer. They did not agree to renegotiate salary offer for this higher position insisting that they communicated about the actual requirement and hence I refused to accept this offer. Inspite of asking them to send me the job requirements in writing from the beginning they did not and all conversion including salary negotiation happened only on phone. Insist on geting job requirement and any other important details in writing.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Bothell, WA (took 2 days)
Had 1 phone interview on Java and 1 phone interview on Pl/SQL , I thought I did the Java interview better than the Pl/SQL one , but i was told by thm as feedback later tat the person who did the PlL/SQL interview said I did good while the person who did the Java interview said I was average. Finally they gave the feedback that they were looking for a person who is much more strong in Pl/SQL, which was shocking to me.
