Interview Details – Applied through job portal. Several rounds of technical interview and then an interview with the client. Except the client interview, all are through phone calls. Finally meet up with the HR to collect the letter.

Interview Details –
Freshers can either join as OJT or permanent employee. OJT (trainee) employees will get minimum packages than permanent. The likely-hood for getting job as OJT is much more. Permanent positions are filled by campus interview from Polytechnic colleges and there are various tests. To join as OJT, you have to apply directly to regional offices of HCL Infosystems Ltd and they will call you for sure within 4 months and interview will be easy if you are an average student in college.
Note:- Those who are highly qualified, DO NOT apply for the job in HCL Infosystems Ltd unless you are very desperate for a job. This job is gonna lose to carrier. Trying hard here is the only way to escape from here.

Permanent Positions: Mental ability tests, Basic questions related to your college syllabus.
OJT: Simple questions and you will pass most of the time.

Interview Details –
First there's the phone interview and interviewer asked on your past working experience, processes. Results to this interview was made known an hour later and was asked to come down to customer site in the evening
2nd interview at the client site. Faced with the various customers and each of them asked the standard questions you would normally encounter for an interview.

Interview Details –
First round : Apptitude, Level: Basic.
Second round : Open Programming Test
The second round was just great. They allowed to google and implement the code they asked to do. Basically checking the ability to learn and implement things.
Third round: Technical Interview
It was more of depedent upon what you've implemented. They just asked questions over it.
Final round: HR
It was nice too, although just a formalitiy for deserving candidate.
