at first when i got in for an interview
was happy to work with a well knwn organisation , the first was my iq test in which i passed successfully
then there was a personality test it was also gud after that there was 1:1 interview with HR where we sat to discuss salary
i was shocked to heard the salary they offered me ?
but i acceppted as i was just having no work
as i entered i liked to work at client side as i learned a lot of things.

i wud consider if u want work or knowledge u can try here but if u want salary to den please try for something else coz u ll be paid too less and also the growth on which u wud depend is also dis satisfactory

Group discussion on one current issue in the related industry. Everybody was asked to introduce themselves including their personal goals and professional aspirations
It was an elimination round
1:1 interview was general resume based
A few cases were asked on sales strategy of new market entry

The interview was a campus interview. First there was a GD, then a written aptitude test and finally a long 1:1 interview with a very senior person in the organization who asked questions related to my final year project, my other projects and why i considered myself for the post.

Round 1: 1 to 1, some basics regarding java programing and phases of SDLC.
Round 2: Group Discussion, there were 8 students in a group, this session pure contains technical questions.

I applied for learning associate-it is pure selling job, so they will check your selling skills, communication, confidence, convincing power.
There was only one round of interview, ask one or two questions from your C.V, computer knowledge,location knowledge where you have market it's product.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in New Delhi (India) (took a day)
It was a campus hiring process where HCL Infosystems was offering a package of 3.5pla for the post of management trainee. The procedure:
1. Pre placement talk covered almost all the information that was required.
2. Group discussion started soon after in groups of 10.(usually written exam is taken 1st but it more or less depends on the mood of the interviewer). Topics were general and even the luxury of choice was given.
3. Those selected in GD appeared in written which included aptitude and psychometric test. The level of
questions was average.
4. Those selected faced the interview which lasted for 15-30 mins differing from one candidate to the other. Mostly general questions were asked relating to current affairs. Otherwise their emphasis was on stress management, out of the box thinking and communication skills.(eg. give 20 uses of the tie you are wearing)
5. Approximately 30 students had appeared where results for the process which started at 9:00am and completed at 12:15am were declared at 12:30am which was right after the process was over, selecting 5 candidates.
