Interview process was easy. Question were on core concepts. They were basically looking for how confidant and good are the communication skills.

Interviewed May 2010 in Chennai (India) (took 2 days)
First there was a technical round over phone.It addressed all the Java OO concepts and indepth understanding of those concepts .Also they covered on the web service concepts which is the requirement .
The second round also a mix of SOA and HR rounds with manager.

Got a phone through a recruiter. First round was very simple and all ended well. Went on for an hour delving into technical skills.
