Interviewed Jan 2010 in Chennai (India) (took a day)
Interviewer was very good. He was asking specific questions on how I did and what are my pros and cons were. I was happy about that.
He covered all the tech/non tech points, project mgmt etc.
Later they said HR will touch base. They spoke and said, they will call me in a week. And I never heard back from them.
And I also didn't bother much as they didn't respond. But I surely feel that they should tell why and for what reason they didn't gave me an offer letter. If I didn't do well or probably the role am looking at and they dont have they should tell it specifically....
