A friend of mine recommended I come and work for HFC because they paid high commissions on the sale of sub-prime mortgages. I filled out a paper application, had an interview that same day, did a drug test the next day, did a personality test the same day and was offered a job that day.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
