I applied in-person and the process took 3 months - interviewed at HICX Solutions.
Interview Details – Hiring process was well run and searching.
Initial contact was through LinkedIn and subsequently via email and phone. Once a high level 'fit' was recognised the process became more formal and consisted of a three hour structured panel interview covering all aspects of experience, clients, knowledge base, personality, aspirations, etc, The structured interview was followed by a less formal lunch with the leadership team.
This interview 'day' was followed up by another round of interviews and some due diligence on both sides to confirm all aspects claimed were validated.

Negotiation Details – Negotiation was thorough but also creative. Both parties were able to find a solution that met their needs.
