Interviewed Mar 2010 in Plano, TX (took 3 days)
I was initially called for a phone interview. The boss was happy with my answers and background, so he scheduled me in for a 1 on 1 with him in person. This went well so about 20 minutes into the interview he gets his team together in a room, and has them interview me to see if I had chemistry with the team.
The types of questions were basic "how do you do this", and "how to you tackle multiple projects". There were three candidates interviewed. The team voted on who they would want. The votes were split 3 to 1 so I received an offer the next day. (the vote was done anonymously and not in front of the candidates). The whole process took about 3 days- two weeks from interview to first day.

Negotiation Details
The negotiations were fairly flexible. The director and my manager met with me after the group interview and asked me of my salary expectations. My expectations were a little higher than what they offered, however a compromise was met. i took an hourly rate that allowed for 5 hours of weekly overtime (due to the fact that I would be working that much anyway). This put me to well over my salary expectation. To my knowledge I was the only one that they made this concession for.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 3 months)
got a 1:1 interview on March 09 from an employee referral in early Feb. The interview lasts only for half an hour and I was excited to work there soon but what wait for me was a three-month waiting. Without any initiative contact from the company nor from the HR. Contact HR a few times but just let me wait. Finally got an offer in early June after company won a big project.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Once they decided who they were going to interview, they took about 2 weeks to have me come in. Not sure of how many they interviewed, but they only looked at two colleges in the surrounding area. They only hired 2 interns. Have not yet started the internship, but I am told that I will be working in all the departments within the company. It seems like they really take care of their interns, stating that the internship is really a year-long interview process, culminating in a job offer should they consider you an asset.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 2+ weeks)
Multiple interviews (4-5 interviews/lunches) with various people within the local office, as well as nearby offices, including management. Communication was good, and plenty of 2-way questions. There were some open questions, and the standard "quiz"-type questions -- theories on management, clients, etc. Throughout the interview process, there was a constant "theme" of "4 for 4" -- so much so that knowing this going in would give an advantage to an applicant. When it came time to make the offer, it was done over the phone -- nothing in writing.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The offer was a very good one -- but there was a real concern about the corporate culture -- almost felt "cult-like" with all the "4 for 4" that was prevalent from everyone. I was looking for atmosphere/environment, rather than just a paycheck. I was also concerned that they wouldn't put the offer in writing until I verbally accepted it. In short, it didn't feel right to ME, but might be a good fit to others.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
