    1st part intro about the company
    2nd senior staff intro as well as applicant intros explaining how you are unique
    3rd part selling random items to the senior staff

    Interviews 3 rounds in total. One with the HR manager, with the regional manager, and with the team leader. The first round included 30 minutes of cold calling. The whole process took around 2 weeks. The people working there seems okay and the environment seems very competitive. Everything is commission based.

    2. 1 on 1 interview with HR: to find out whether you possess the personality and the right attitude, test interpretation
    3. 1 on 1 interview with leader: interviewer is direct and to the point
    4. 2- 3 hours cold calling to company's general line to pitch people but you have to pretend you are not a recruiter, just to see if you have the courage to do it and some applicants may find it disgusting to tell lies.

The interview started with four rounds of speed dating, followed by one-hour cold call session, and ended up with another two rounds of interviews with the managers. It lasted from 9am to 3pm, but the experience wasn't that bad. Quite friendly overall.
