Interview Details – apply online and get a call from HSBC HR to ask me for phone interview tmr. The phone interview was 30min long, and they ask you a lot of questions about ur resume and past experience. Also, they ask you a lot behavioral questions. How do u deal with certain situations.

Interview Details – Why left previous job? What did you like or dislike about the job? Why HSBC? 17. How do you feel about following strict rules within the company? How do you react to changing rules or adding new ones?19. Give an example where you had to learn something completely new and explain it to someone. How did u do it? That can be customer or colleague.

The process took a day - interviewed at HSBC Canada in April 2009.

Interview Details – Asked me basic questions and tested Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Since the branch was located in a trilingual environment)

-introduce yourself in mandarin

Overall easy and relaxed as this is a pretty junior post.
