    apply online and get a call from HSBC HR to ask me for phone interview tmr. The phone interview was 30min long, and they ask you a lot of questions about ur resume and past experience. Also, they ask you a lot behavioral questions. How do u deal with certain situations.

    Asked me basic questions and tested Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Since the branch was located in a trilingual environment)

    -why hsbc, why this post?
    -what would u know when the costumer complains
    -introduce yourself in mandarin

    Overall easy and relaxed as this is a pretty junior post.
