Interviewed for Account manager Graduate Program and once I said I graduated from US University that was the end of the interview. Unless, you graduated fro Canadian university don't bother applying for graduate programs in Canada. What a shame! Where is the diversity and the equal employment that every employer is advertising on theirs website.
