It took ages but was quite thorough. The assessment centre had strange tasks like being given a case study of someone looking for a bank loan and deciding if you would give it to them.
Group exercise saw everyone having to work on their own through a case study to improve the performance of a branch, and then discussing it for a while in the group.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
