Interview Details – Hiring done to replace retiring or separated employees. Normally through recruitment agency for senior positions. Preference for internal staff to occupy vacant positions as a means to provide career growth. Interviews conducted by hiring manager. Recruitment team only provides pool of candidates where basic screening is performed. Once selected, HR team provides range of salary offer based on grade level of the job applied for.
