I applied online for an accessories position at elle magazine and was invited to interview in the office. first I met with the head of the accessories department. it was two other candidates and myself. we had a group interview. then we each individually met with the junior accessories editor and were given a complete tour of the office. the next day i received a phone call to come back and interview with the HR department of hachette fillipacchi. it was a one on one interview that lasted about an hour. it was quite intense, but overall a positive experience. the next day i was contacted and offered the position. however i had to decline, as i received a better offer elsewhere.
