Interviewed Aug 2010 in San Jose, CA (took 3 weeks)
My interview was done 9 years ago by the Managing Director. I felt very comfortable with the Manager and the environment was very clean. At the time I was interviewing for the Admin Position and was asked what it would take to be a great admin. I told her to exceed expectations of doing more than what the responsibilities are for an admin title.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 months)
Applied for Sales Consultant position with company on LinkedIn. I was called by recruiter and she said they had specific interest in me because of my experience in direct patient sales and would I be interested in scheduling a face to face. I interviewed with that particular location's manager and was proceeded to the next step; an interview with himself and a regional sales manager. I did not do as well in that interview, and to be quite honest was not prepared. I was employed and had a very busy week. The interview included situational questions.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 6+ weeks)
Hair Club is extremely selective. The entire interview process took well over a month. You have 1 on 1 face to face interviews with several people as well as 1 on 1 phone interviews. You will take several test to see how well of a fit you are with in the company. Be confident in your self and your abilities. You will fly out of town for one week of training. You are sometimes asked personal questions with in the legal limit.

Negotiation Details
They will offer a salary usually generous, but if want more just ask. The commission plan is national set and you have little to no negotiating on that. The hours are set nationally and you will unlikely be able to negotiate them.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 days)
The hiring process began with a telephone call and an interview appointment. The appointment was with the manager and a recruter. There questions were based on past history and license.

Negotiation Details
This job was not negotiatable. I would recommend giving the negotiation a try on the first phone call from the company. They discussed with me what my past experience was and why I felt I was qualified and motivated to work for their company. I gave them all of my information and described how I would handle training the staff and how I would continue to keep them updated.
If you have a great deal of experience in the field of hair replacement and application processes, be sure to discuss regular meetings and what you require in terms of training time with the staff. Otherwise, they tend to have you busy doing other tasks and the staff suffers with lack of educational attention, which is critical in order to properly prepare and continue to keep them equipt to perform this seriously demanding position.
Be sure to be well aquainted with their application product lines and their measuring process for the hair replacement.
I would also recommend that you interview or shadow the staff and determine the type of people you have to work with. This job requires a considerable amount of problem solving skills and excellent communication and patience.
