Interviewed Jan 2011 in Duncan, OK (took 2 months)
Pretty easy. Looking for real people that have confidence in themselves. College Graduate a must for office jobs.
Went something like this:
Signed up for interview at my college and went to interview.
Got a call a few weeks later for a second interview. Went.
Got an Offer Letter with Background and Drug Test contingencies.
Started work. Like I said, easy.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Duncan, OK (took a day)
I was interviewed by one of the senior members of the company (to be precise the chief of Halliburton's cementing operations). The position was a Sr. Engineer in the Cementing Business of Halliburton. I was asked no Technical Questions. As soon as the interview started (after the formal introductions), the interviewer asked me about my GPA. He then explained that for anyone who has a GPA above 3.00, they donot ask Technical questions and he further explained that he will ask only behavorial questions and personality questions. The interview lasted for 50 min. The questions were the usual, and it was completely based on Leadership qualities and integrity. I believe that I had given my best, and the person who interviewed me was impressed too. The interviewer said that there could be an offer made and he will let me know. But later, I got a rejection letter after 2 months of interview. One cannot be sure about what they say.
