Interviewed Mar 2009 in Houston, TX (took a day)
I got called for a 1:1 interview on campus for an internship job in software developer internship over the summer. It takes place on my campus on early morning. The interviewer was polite and professional, and I think the interview process went really well. The questions are technical along with some logic puzzles, which are common for a CS based job. The technical questions are based on data structure problems and I got to write a few lines of code as well.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Oklahoma City, OK (took a day)
Very straight forward interview. Entered the room and was asked a series of behavioral interview type questions. Interviewer didn't really seemed concerned with much going on just asked questions that he was given on his laptop and proceeded to type every word that came out of my mouth as I answered the questions.
I wasn't allowed to ask any of my own questions either, I was simply redirected towards asking another employee who would know better, very unhelpful.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Houston, TX (took a day)
The initial communication consisted of two phone interviews followed by an in office interview. The in office interview consisted of a skill test followed by a panel interview. The interview process was very difficult in my opinion. I found it very intimidating to sit on one side of a conference table with 5 other people on the other side asking question after question. Not far into the interview I decided I did not want to work for a company that would treat a potential new hire in that fashion. I came away with a very negative feeling about the company. I felt the interview did not in any way reflect my work experience or skill set.
