First Interview was at a career fair - Typical behavioral questions, looking for someone who can deal with alot of crap and highly stressful environments. If you make it past the first interview you will more than likely be ask to travel to OKC or Denver, where you will be told both how well you will be compensated and how awful the field is. If you travel to OKC/Denver you will receive an offer after you return.
