I applied online and interviewed at Halloween City.

Interview Details – There was a sign on the door asking to email availability and a number. I did that and was contacted by the general manager to schedule an interview. The interview wasn't terribly hard; asked things like have you worked retail, how would you deal with a difficult customer, etc. I got called back a week later with an offer and filled out some paperwork

Interview Question – The company policy is no refunds. A customer complains that he/she was not aware of it and demands a refund. What would you do in this situation?   Answer Question
