I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Hanover Insurance Company in October 2012.
Interview Details – Phone interview to discuss your backround with H.R. Once you get a call back its a three person manager interview. Very relaxed and calming as they want to hear how you speak, your thoughts and personal presence.
Negotiation Details – I was given what I asked for.
I applied online and interviewed at Hanover Insurance Company.
Interview Details – I began the process in July and was told a decision would be make prior to Labor Day. It's now the 18th of September and since I haven't heard anything, I'm guessing that I didn't get the position. I wish someone had of called or sent a letter stating that I wasn't selected. That would have been nice.

The process took a day - interviewed at Hanover Insurance Company in February 2011.
Interview Details –
The interview process was cut and dry. I did a 15-20 minute phone interview with an HR associate in the corporate office (MA), she was really nice and engaging. I interviewed and as promised, the HR associate followed up the following week (4 candidates, 1 position, I didn't get it).
My face to face interview was with 3/4 managers or company associates. My first 1:1 was with the Ops Manager and was really dry, but an okay interview. I knew after meeting with her I wouldn't move forward after that day. It was just something about her drilling approach and line of questions. I'm a great interviewee and do not bs my way through them.
I met with 2 more gentlemen, both engaging and inviting and full of information with their approach. When I met with the 3rd interviewer, I was advised the 4th person was not going to be available to meet with me, though she was in the office. No worries. I'd interview again because I did get a good feel from their staff. I believe the ops manager just had a cold disposition, not good or bad. No excuses, but I believe interviewing with her last, a different tone may have been set. After meeting with her first, I believe she "put out the word" not interested.

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Hanover Insurance Company in December 2011.
Interview Details – Started with recruiter then I had 2 phone interviews. the last step was two 1:1 interviews. Overall the experience was very positive with the interviews themselves lasting approximately 30 minutes each. the length of time between interviews and the decision making process was quite lengthy.
Negotiation Details – Negotiating was minimal concerning benefits. salary was competitive.
The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Hanover Insurance Company in October 2011.
Interview Details – After applying for this job I heard back from Hanover within the hour and had an interview scheduled for later that week. In all I interviewed with three people. All were very friendly and made the interviewing process relatively stress free. The interviewers were open to my questions and I could tell they had a very positive perception of the company. The only minor downfall was that the background check they did was very thorough. It took weeks for mine to be completed, but over that time period Hanover remained in contact and kept me up to date.
Interview Question – I was asked why I wanted to work at a position that I was over qualified for. Answer Question
