Interview Details – Very long process. Formal interview followed by group conducted by staff and clients

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Harlem United Community Aids Center in April 2013.
Interview Details – One phone interview, one interview with a program coordinator or managing director followed by panel interview.
Interview Question – How are you any different from someone else that applies? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. You either accept the salary or not work there.

Interview Details – First Interview with the direct Supervisor. The second interview consisted of a penal of officers.
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. A specific salary was demanded on take it or leave it basis and was asscepted.

Pros: Great staff everyone was caring and seemed to enjoy being there. My supervisors were always accessible and they were knowledgeable in their field. They are also very understanding of the stressful nature of the helping professions. – Full Review
