Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Harley-Davidson in December 2012.

Interview Details

Most unprofessional company interview to date. You have 1 phone interview with a Human Resource Recruiter. They review your resume with you and ask you personality related questions. Afterwards, you have a similar phone interview with a Product Developer. If you pass both, you'll have a 4 person interview lasting for 3hrs. Questions they will ask are why you enjoy designing footwear and what you know about the company and Wolverine Worldwide. They will look through your portfolio and discuss your previous work. They're curious about your work history and proficiency.. ask questions related to your work habits, design abilities, and personal attributes. Some interviewers were uptight, some polite. The setting for the interview is very dull and dry.

The interview process wouldn't inspire anyone to design for them. Complete waste of time.
