Interviewed Oct 2011 in Las Vegas, NV (took 3 days)
The interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone call followed by a second phone call with a basic technical screen for the specific software I would support followed then by an in person interview with a director level team member.
Due to the urgency of the role many of the processes I was expecting were abbreviated.
2 calls totaling 60 minutes and two onsite visits totaling 45 minutes each and I received the offer.

Negotiation Details
The offer was exactly what I had negotiated prior to interviewing with my recruiter. As a side note I could have easily asked for 10% more. Keep in mind when you join, the place is a noisy cube farm so you may want to negotiate an office while you have the upper hand.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Las Vegas, NV (took 3 days)
Interview consisted of a conference call. Interviewers were polite but challenging.
Two interview questions:
1. Estimate the number of elevators in Manhattan.
2. You have a two sided scale (like Lady Justice's) that can be used only twice. There are seven balls of which one is weighted differently from the others. How do you find that ball using the scale only twice?

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Las Vegas, NV (took 1 week)
The interview process was very extensive. A phone interview lasted about 40 minutes; An all-day extensive interview was conducted with 5 parts. A follow-up interview was then conducted with the VP who manages the entire PMO and shared services.
The all day interview had the following sections: Part 1 is a 2-part (100 min.) computer multiple choice and scenario/answer kind of tests, one for personalities, the other similar to GMAT for analytical / MBA type of questions. Part 2 is 1 hour with hiring director 1:1. Part 3 was an informal lunch interview with two directors, but they don't waste time, and many personality and work history related questions were asked, and they certainly assess interaction and reaction beyond office environment. Part 4 was a quick one-on-one with a peer senior project manager. Part 5 is a case study of a past nation wide implementation project, followed by a presentation to an interview panel consist of 2 directors and 2 peer senior project managers. The cases were created by two of the interviewers, and they ask for how would you do it, similarly or differently. Be careful criticizing what's shown on the case written - you may offend some of the interviewers.
Overall, the interviewing process is good, and if your experience and knowledge excel, you have a good chance. However, the flaw in the process is, interview panelist may not value different management methodology when the case study was to analyze and critique on the project they managed in the past. The panel does not have any representative from stakeholders such as management from customers or technology side. Personality assessment from face-to-face interview was also limited to feedback from peer or supervisor, but not from departments where a senior PM will truly interact with.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Las Vegas, NV (took 1 week)
I had an interview with HR at first. She scheduled me to attend a group/panel interview that consisted of 20 other applicants (for all positions) and required to bring one item that I am most passionate or proud of (excluding family and pets). I was paired with another person and had to introduce her to the class. In addition everyone was required to share the best customer experience and then present your item to the class. It was actually a fun process (only if you are one to interact).

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Las Vegas, NV (took a day)
Was a group interview with 17 people in a small room sitting in a circle with 4 Managers/Executives. Was asked to bring an item I'm most proud of or passionate about. Started with being partnered up with another candidate and spending 10 minutes getting to know them. Then had to introduce partner to everyone. My partner was extremely nervous and made up embarrassing nonsense about me. I was horrified and I know it was visible on my face. Then we had to share a situation where we experienced outstanding customer service. Then we had to share and explain the item we brought. After everyone was done, the Managers left the room for 10 minutes to deliberate and 1 Mgr. returned. She called out the names of half the group ( I was in that group) and asked us to follow us into the hall. She then thanked us for our time, but they're not going forward with our applications.

Interviewed Mar 2007 in Las Vegas, NV (took 2 months)
I had several phone interviews, first with their recruiter and then with the hiring manager, followed by a day-long event meeting with 7 individuals in Las Vegas. They flew me in and put me and my wife up with all expenses paid for the weekend which was very nice. The interview day itself was a very long day! They also administered IQ and personalty tests as well. Everyone was very friendly and the experience was tiring but engaging as well.

I was in a unique position because I had specific skills that they needed so I had a fair amount of leverage. I guess the best advice is that it would never hurt to ask.
