The process took 1 week - interviewed at Havas Worldwide in January 2012.
Interview Details – I did not apply to this position, but was contacted by a NYC HR representative. I was given a very quick (5 minute) phone screening and then asked to complete a skills test, which was very easy. The next day, I was asked to come to an interview the following week at the office I would be working in. The two interviewers were very busy and unorganized. They did nothing to sell me the company and didn't seem to know what the position would entail. Worst of all, they were very rushed, distracted, and a little rude, interrupting me to check emails. I left feeling confused and frustrated, but if that's how they treat an interviewee, I wouldn't want to work there.
