Tell them that you have developed dozens of patents and let the company keep all of the intellectual property and associated revenue. Tell them that you are only looking for a challenge and you will donate all of the financial wealth to the company executives. Give some examples of the great inventions you thought of... Post-Its, Flat Screen TV's, the iPOD, etc.
