    I applied through college or university. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Headstrong in September 2011.

    Interview Details

    The hiring consisted of 2 phases the written test and the interview.
    The written test was of aptitude only. After shortlisting students from written test, a Group Discussion was held. Again the students were shortlisted. The shortlisted students went through the technical Interview and the HR interview round, after which the final decision was made.

    I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at Headstrong in November 2010.

    Interview Details

    The process consisted of a written test followed by group discussion and a one on one interview.
    The written test consisted of basic quantitative and IQ questions.
    During the GD topics were given for discussion.The positive part of the GD was that everybody was given an oppurtunity to speak ,..it was not a "high pitched chaotic discussion".
    The interviewer asked a lot of puzzles...few personal questions about college,different subjects in your course etc

    • There was a stable with 7 horses and a racetrack with 5 tracks....you are not given a watch or other machines to calculate time..how many times will you conduct the race so that you can find the three fastest horses   Answer Question
