Consist of 1 phone interview, One F2F and final HR interview.
- Technical interview mainly consist of Core java - specially on the Collections, Ex Handling, MultiThreading.
- Manager interview mainly concentrates on the organization fitment.
- Generic HR interview with the discussion on package

Mostly Fixed compensation structure.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New Delhi (India) (took a day)
It tool almost full day for the interview. It has 3 rounds. First was the written test containing technical questions.Second was the 1 to 1 interview with the technical leader and the last one was the 1 to 1 interview with the manager. The first one was of 1 hour. The second interview took almost 1 hour and the third interview took 30 minutes.
