Interviewed Sep 2011 in New Delhi (India) (took 1 week)
It was the longest interview with details ranging from previous employment to future plans. The knowledge in Capital Markets was extensively tested and taken into account, though I'm not sure how effectively is the same utilized during the stay in the company.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 6 days)
Worst HR Team ,
Took 6 days to finish the process. After a couple of days of waiting got a mail from HR as a informal break up of salary which was around 10L , so i accepted it .
Again after 2 days I received a call from other HR who offered me a salary 1/3 times the previous one .
Finally when i made a couple of calls to the first HR she said you salary was decreased so that other employees don't have problem with it :)
Guys be careful with this company

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
The process consisted of a written test followed by group discussion and a one on one interview.
The written test consisted of basic quantitative and IQ questions.
During the GD topics were given for discussion. The positive part of the GD was that everybody was given an oppurtunity to speak ,..it was not a "high pitched chaotic discussion".
The interviewer asked a lot of puzzles...few personal questions about college, different subjects in your course etc

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
There will a telephonic technical interview, or it could be FtoF as well. They would ask most of the core java concepts only but in detail.
If through with first round, second would be another technical around with some senior technical architect.
He would again cover some core java concept along with Advance java and the technologies mentioned in your profile.
if through, then there would be a Managerial round followed with HR discussion.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Delhi (India) (took a day)
The first round consisted of a written test, which had 4 sections. The first section were on quantitative, data interpretation skills, english (sentence correction and word usage mainly) and Programming skills. The first three sections were quite easy while the third one had a whole page of text on reading which you had to answer the questions which mainly tested on how would be retreieve the relevant info from that text. It was easy but consumed a lot of time which was already short.
Then there were two rounds of interview, both of which tested mainly the communication skills and how descriptive you can be in your responses (each lasted 15-30 min). At each point you should have a reson to back that why are you opting for IT based services job and not the one of your core engineering discipline.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
The telephonic interview was very easy.Only some practical questions were asked which seemed difficult to answer as one cant remeber everything. Some were tricky questions. But overall interview went cool & I cracked the first round.
The next round is managerial one which is scheduled next day.
