All of the staff is very friendly and the office is located in a nice area of Boston.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
Replied to a job post online and received an email from HR less than 1 week later to set up a phone interview.
Phone interview was very basic: fit questions, resume run-through, information about the company
I was called the following day to schedule an in person interview with the Finance Dept. Manager.
In person interview: Very short interview, 40min total. Spent 15 minutes with HR Director. He was very helpful in explaining the core business, and describing the qualifications/background of the Finance Director.
The interview with the Finance Director was pretty straight-forward. He talked about his team and the company, and why they need to hire an Analyst - they always had 3 analysts on the reporting, but had tried to cut it with only 2 since 1 left 6 months ago. Work load was too heavy for 2, which necessitated the need for a 3rd analyst. After his description of the company, the Finance Manager had me walk through my resume and experiences. Very basic fit stuff, no tough/trick questions. Just getting-to-know-you type interview. Was told at the end of the interview that they were looking at a couple of other candidates as well and would get back to me in the next couple of weeks.
Overall, I left the interview feeling good about the company and about the opportunity. Finance Manager has an impressive background and seems like a good mentor. My interview was less than a week ago, so I am still waiting to hear if I made the next round. Fingers crossed!

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Boston, MA (took 4 days)
Consisted of interviews with hiring manager, SVP and CFO. Four interview in total at the Boston facility. Recruiter well prepped me for the personality of the people I would be interviewing with which helped.
No behavioral questions, all finance, background, experience, what-if and "how did you" types of questions.
Typical Acct/Finance structure; not a 'virtual' or "flexible" environment.

Interviewed May 2008 in Manchester, NH (took 2 days)
I was contacted by my own recruiter who indicated the company had an opening for someone with my background. I agreed to an interview but the process of actually having the interview was confusing. I had one set of interviews one day and another interview a few days later. I was impressed with my interviewers and I felt that they really knew the kind of person they were looking for. The work sounded interesting. After the interviews it was a couple of weeks before I heard back from them. At first I thought I didn't get the job so Iwas glad when the phone call with the offer finally came.

Negotiation Details
I asked for more than what was originally offered to me. The interview process gave me additional insight to the kind of work I would be doing and what the expections were, which was more than I was originally told. I explained this to my recruiter and she got me the salary I was looking for.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 2 days)
Awkward interview. I wasn't quite sure who was interviewing me at first because the first 2 people I met with seemed very uneasy and inexperienced at interviewing. They seemed uncomfortable having to talk to others.
