Interviewed Apr 2012 (took a day)
Office environment very professional. Receptionist had not returned from lunch at the time of my arrival, but the office had a phone that you could use to announce that you had arrived. Had 1:1 with potential supervisor, then met 1:1 with peer. Discussed office structure and job expectations. Team oriented workplace. Very professional.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Nashville, TN (took 2 months)
Found the opportunity from my university Career Center. Met with representatives in an information session, had a phone screen, submitted transcripts and 2 letters of recommendation, then had HR interview, then a panel interview. Long process, but I gained a lot of insight in the company and opportunities.
Typical interview questions: tell me about yourself, why are you interested in HealthSpring, why are you interested in this position, then questions about specific skills including leadership style, excel skills, negotiation abilities, project management.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Nashville, TN (took 3 weeks)
Process started as a call from a recruiter, then a follow-up call from the primary recruiter with direct questions on skills, team building, process improvement, and standard operating procedures. The process moved on with a phone interview with a member of company management. This phone interview lasted almost 90 minutes. After the call, the process seemed to stall, however after several weeks, I was asked to come on-site for a face to face. As I walked through the building, I noticed the focus of the staff on tasks, saw friendly banter among cube mates. The office is large and open, plenty of natural light from windows.
I was interviewed by a panel who asked questions and follow-up on management style, processes, as well as other specific questions related to the position. The interview lasted 2 hours. Overall the process was direct, professional, and as enjoyable as interviews can possibly be to the one being interviewed.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
Interviews were very relaxed and very informative. Standard interview questions were used, but only as springboard for real questions that allowed for easy communication and presentation of experience and character. My perception of the work environment was positive. Employees smile at you when walking by. Everyone looked focused but not too busy to be polite. Some people we having very natural sounding conversations in the break room, which shows me that people feel like they can be themselves, and that interaction is encouraged.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 months)
The interview process was lengthy with several phone interviews as well as face to face interviews. There were also developmental changes for the position going on that impacted start up time. Plus my personal need to give a 30 day notice. I did feel that the HR department could have kept me in the loop better.
