Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Heard about position through a friend who worked there. Applied online and was called and asked some questions- about 15 minutes. Was called for a face to face interview the next week. When I arrived I had to answer some questions and do some skills on the computer which took about 10 min- simple to follow directions. Interviewed by 1 HR and 2 supervisors who took turns asking questions, about 45 minutes. Was called by another HR person before I had even arrived home and was offered the job.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took 3 weeks)
Called in response to ad. Preliminary phone interview. Application online from their office. Typing test. 1;! interview by HR and then hiring mgr.
Be upbeat and enthusiastic. Say you don't mind sitting for hours, and that you have experience at this and are thus very sure.
Work culture is as friendly as any.
A tendency to promote through the favoritism you see anywhere but key positions are usually quite qualified In fact, lots of overqualified people working the phones due to age--late career--or limited options or just don't want 24/7 responsibility..

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 1+ week)
Prior to the interview, I took a computer skills test along with a keyboarding speed and proficiency test. The interview started on time and lasted about 1.5hours.
The interview process was comprehensive, and included a review of the resume submitted, clinical skills questions, and personality questions. Many scenarios were presented and I was asked to describe how I would handle them. I was also asked questions about personal work experiences.
The interviewer was from the corporate office, and was knowledgeable, relaxed, and easy to converse with. I was provided a tour of the facilities, and noticed how each worker had personalized their workspace with photos, plants, and other "homey" touches. Despite having dozens of workspaces in the same room, it was quiet with background white noise to help diffuse individual conversations. One thing that stood out was the way everyone was dressed- casual and comfortable.
The facility itself is only about 5 years old, has meaningful artwork and quotes on the walls, and is very pleasantly decorated. The outer walls are solid windows so you can always see outside. There is a wonderful kitchen/eating area that has refrigerators and freezers, microwaves, a toaster oven, coffee makers and a sink. There is a self-serve area to purchase meals and snacks, a flat screen TV, and multiple tables and chairs. Also available are a small comfy "living room" area for reading/relaxing, a meditation room, and a small workout gym. The amenities are wonderful!
From my initial contact, the interview process, offer and acceptance took less than 2 weeks.

Negotiation Details
No salary negotiation. The salaries are set based on years of previous experience and not tailored to more specific skills that would better prepare one for a telephonic job. Hours are not negotiable. Make certain you clarify the hours you would be working to see if it could match with your family life.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Tempe, AZ (took a day)
The interview was between the HR manager and one of the Coach Managers. Typical questions about how I overcame a difficult situation, my morals, a time where I had success with a member (coaching them) and my background. I was also asked about the Trans-theoretical Model of Change and how I used that in the past.

Negotiation Details
I left the interview and received my offer the next day over the phone. I was told my salary and didn't try to negotiate.
The company they had do my background was a joke. They couldn't find that I worked for one company and they said I never even attended college. It took several days to clear up the whole mess with all the work done on my end.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Morrisville, NC (took a day)
I was sent and email and received a phone call asking me to interview. The interview was set up and I interviewed with someone from HR and a nursing manager. The HR person was very nice but talked like a machine gun (very fast). In follow up phone calls, she did the same and if you even said one word like "OK" she would stop talking and say "what?" I learned never to even acknowledge what she said until she was completely finished. The nursing manager was very nice and I felt at ease with both women during the interview.
I first interviewed in December of 2009. I was supposed to hear back in 2 weeks. It is now 3/4/10 and I have been told that "Someone didn't send in the paper work to corporate in time and we are scrambling to get it done. I promise you that you will be called in two weeks." She also couldn't find my file and said she had a "huge stack of files." She finally found it.
On 3/1/10, they called a friend of mine who had applied and offered her a position. She had never interviewed nor even given any references. She was told to have any interested friends call the HR Coordinator. She was also told that they had "lost a lot of the files." I called twice and left a message with the Coordinator. No response. My next step is to call the HR person I have been communicating with. If I get no response, I will give up.
I am very disappointed as this company has a great reputation. I am very interested in this job. The interview went well and they let me know they were impressed with my responses. No clue what is going on.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 3 months)
The initial meeting took place with the recruiter, who spoke to me about my salary requirements and gave me a brief overview of the job description. It was approximately 25 minutes long. After that, it took at least 2 months for the hiring manager to to move forward, due to financial reasons. Then next interview consisted of speaking with the hiring manager who asked all sorts of questions. They were not hard questions, but were the typical ones that you see online. After that, about 4-6 weeks later, a panel interview was set up and the individuals who work for the hiring manager asked similar questions and I got an opportunity to ask some questions. This was the only time during the process, I was able to really get down and ask questions to determine if this was the right fit for me. The previous interview was rushed.
