Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Heard about position through a friend who worked there. Applied online and was called and asked some questions- about 15 minutes. Was called for a face to face interview the next week. When I arrived I had to answer some questions and do some skills on the computer which took about 10 min- simple to follow directions. Interviewed by 1 HR and 2 supervisors who took turns asking questions, about 45 minutes. Was called by another HR person before I had even arrived home and was offered the job.

Negotiation Details
I did not counteroffer, I was happy with the offer received. I would definitely recommend counteroffering with any job, it can't hurt and may get you more money. Health benefits and PTO were non negotiable.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
