Interviewed Jun 2011 (took a day)
Regional Recruiter called me two weeks after I applied. The interview was set up in a hotel conference room. I was to have an interview 1:1 with four people. When I arrived I had to complete an application. The assistant who was directing the interviewees stated, "Your interview today is going to be like speed dating!" What?? When I was directed into the conference room the assistant told me since there was only two candidates for that time slot the interview would be 2:1. The conference room was small which made it difficult to talk as the other candidate was talking with the other two employees. Walking up to the table I had to make the initial acknowledgement as the two employees were busy talking to one another. They stated their names, but never told me about their position (I knew the one persons title because of an email she sent me) in the company or anything about the organization or why they were hiring for this position. During my entire interivew, the regional recruiter would interrupt to brag on herself. While I was still talking, the assistant came up and rudely interrupted me and said my time was up and I needed to go to the next table. I went to the next table and again the two ladies did not acknowledge me (they were busy looking at papers and talking) so I had to acknowledge them and introduce myself. Again, was rudely interrupted and told time was up. I was not given the opportunity to ask my questions. I have never had such an unprofessional interivew in my life! In my opinion, it spoke a million words about the organization. The first interivew question was: Tell me about yourself (the employee intentionally pauses) as a child? What were your interests and your hobbies starting as young child before high school? Other interview questions: What was your very first job? What is one thing your boss would say was challenging for you in your job? What would a co-worker say is your greatest strength? What would you say is your greatest weakness? (Be careful of this one...Regional Recruiter will rudely interrupt you and laugh) Tell me about your last job and three achievements.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Bloomington, IL (took a day)
Recieved call for a face to face interview. The interview was very organized, very thought out, and very friendly. Just being myself and not putting on a false pretense help me a lot.
The perception of the people working in the office was very friendly, kind towards each other and very professional.
