Interviewed Mar 2011 in Scottsdale, AZ (took 3 months)
Dial/Henkel conducted 2 phone interviews and then I had a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interviews were with 6 different people within the company (HR, 2 Vice President's, Category Manager, Hiring Manager, Regional Manager) - each interviewer had 30 minutes to ask me questions and interview. It took 3 hours. After a month and a half of decision making, they finally offered me the job. Great office, very modern and unique. All of the people very friendly and took the time to get to know me. Seemed like a productive work environment that likes to have lots of meetings.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I was called by a recruiter for a telephone screen. She was not very knowledgeable about the Company. This phone screen lasted 30 minutes. In person interviews all on the same day. I think it came down to salary - they were not willing to pay what I was asking for.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
The phone interview was scheduled after an application was sent through the NSHMBA career fair. The interview was approximately 30 minutes long and was quite intense. There were three people on the line and they were not very friendly. Asked questions, waited for you to reply and were busy typing up answers. A lot of silence on the other end of the line after I responded to each question. Then they hit me with another one. Definitely expect a leadership, analytical and failure behavioral question as well as many brand questions related to market share.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Bridgewater, NJ (took a day)
Most interviews for technical role at chemist level and above consist of a presentation and several 1:1 interviews where you respond to behavorial questions. The presentation assesses communication ability, confidence and ability to think on your feet. Don't be surprised to get 'case' type questions during the presentation. The presentation is akin to a group/panel interview.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Dusseldorf (Germany) (took 5 days)
I had an internview over the phone, it was very easy she only asked a couple of general questions related to my studies. The interview was in English but she also tested my German knowledge. I will take an analytical interview and if I pass i will probably have a personal one.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2+ weeks)
Applied on line and immediately received an automated receipt of application. A week later I was invited to a telephone interview with HR. About an hour of thoughtful questions clarifying my background and getting to know my personality. Three days later vial email I was invited to speak to the hiring manager. Because the position was in Germany and I am currently located in the states, we set up another phone interview.
The interview lasted 90 minutes and again the questions were well thought out and pertained directly to my resume and online entries. The manager was looking not only for someone capable of doing the job, but one that would fit into the team and that would be satisfied within the constraints of the job description.
Although I was not invited to the third phase - the assessment center - both experiences were very positive. The people I had contact with, both in email and on the phone were genuine and courteous. They are definitely looking for the right person for the job, company culture and the team culture.
