Henry Company Pricing Analyst Interview

Interview Details – I received an interview through a staffing agency that the Henry Company receives most of their candidates. I was interviewed by the Department Manager.
The first phase of the interview consisted of the hiring Manager stating the history and background of the Company. Then he continued to describing the responsibilities of the position and a few details and examples of typical daily duties. He also gave me an idea of what he had planned for the candidate that would be hired, which was work in his group for two years and then potentially transfer to another group for another two years and then transfer once again to another group, and so on.
The second phase of the interview consisted of the hiring manager reviewing my Resume and asking me questions about my work experience at each of my previous jobs. I was then asked to explain what exactly were my responsibilities were at my latest job and provide any additional details that I would consider beneficial to the interview.
The third phase was left for me to ask any questions or make any comments towards the hiring manager.
