I found a temporary contract job with Herb Chambers through Beacon Hill Staffing. I had a phone conversation with someone from within the company and they told me there was a temporary position open helping them prepare for an audit. I worked for them over the course of a summer and winter break because I am a college student. Before leaving them I was invited to come back for a permanent position upon receiving my degree.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

It was smooth! Sales manager was polite. Filled out application on site, sat for about 110 questions on line most which are character revealing rather experience. Then, the sales assistant manager asked me questions if i ever done such job. Regardless informed me that there was on site training for new hires.
Reason for Declining
Another offer came earlier before i received Herbs'
