Interview Details – A week after putting my application in, I recieved a phone call to schedule an interview. After that the next day I received a phone call with them making an offer to me. Then I got scheduled for my drug screen and had to turn in paperwork for background check. It took almost two weeks for it to come back but I started the day after they called. Of course the people aren't here anymore that did my interviews, and they do it about the same way still but with different people.
Interview Question – The most difficult questions that I cam across were asking about how I would handle a situation that I had never been in. This made it difficult to think ofr the answer on the spot, but they are very patient and tell you to take your time. Answer Question

Interview Details – Conversational interview, pretty easy going. Mainly asked about experiences and ideas. Also gave a description of the job and benefits. Nothing like what I expected. No questions on knowledge of the company or business, but an overall positive experience. Hiring manager seems very optimistic about company growth.

Interview Details – Recuiter does phone inteview just to verify your info.. Then you meet with the area manager who is always late about 1 to 2 hours. Doesn't even dress for the interview and ask generic horrible questions while talking on phone.

Interview Details – Started by submitting my application on line. Almost 3 weeks later I received a phone call form a Regional Recruiter who explained the basic job description and benefits package. She asked if I was still interested and I agreed. After passing a driver's license record check I was contacted to do a 1:1 interview with the Area Manager. This all took place over the course of 3 consecutive days. Recruiter was very open and willing to answer any questions before and after the interview. They have more candidates to interview so no offer has been made yet.
