Interviewed Sep 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
Two hour long interview, half an hour each with HR, a manager, and two others from the group. The next day I was asked to do a phone interview with the head supervisor. I was told that I would have an answer within 2-3 weeks and got an offer 1 week later. Seemed to me a wonderful company to be a part of. Everyone I interviewed with was very excited to work there and went into very detailed descriptions about the company, the actual group, and the job description. Everyone tried their best to make me feel at ease and were very friendly.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Binghamton, NY (took 5 days)
The people when they interviewed me just seemed to not be ready. The general manager was training someone else to do the interviews so i was a test. They were asking me all sorts of behavioral questions which i answered right away. When completed i was told i would get a call back the following week, and after 2 0r 3 i just gave up and let it go. The number they have for the store is restricted so i could not reach them and was not going to just go into the store and ask. Oh well, i found a new job the next week and am very happy.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I had a phone interview with the immediate supervisor, then two weeks later, was invited to a face to face interview. First I met with an HR person, then 2 upper level managers and the supervisor I spoke to on the phone. It seemed as though no notes were taken or shared from the phone interview, so there was some confusion regarding my qualifications. I thought the interview was slightly inappropriate, as some personal questions were asked. I actually felt insulted towards the end of the whole experience. Overall, if the interviewers focused on my qualications instead of my personal life, the experience would have been better. I have not received an offer or rejection yet. If I received an offer, I'd decline.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 3 months)
The recruitment process needs to be developed. Get experienced recruiters that know what type of people are needed here. Recruitment is really bad in this company. It can take months for you to go from cadidate to employee with all of the disoranization. Although the company is good, this really hurts how we employee see this place. The process consisted of a phone screen, no call back, then three one hour interviews (which I thought were going to be two and then they sprung someone on me), they told me they would call me back one day and did not call me back until three weeks after the date that they set, then another set of interviews, then another three weeks after the intial call back date that they set, and then I was given an offer. There were typos in the letter, the tittle was wrong, and so was the compensation. I was scared to accept because if they were like this before I came on board how would it be after? The people were nice but the process was terrible.

Negotiation Details
The negotiation phase was ok. They try to match your previous package. Their relocation package is good too. The advice that I would give others is call and follow up with them. Show interest. They are so disorganized there in HR that it's not their fault that they don't call you. They are interested but they just don't get to stuff. They are too busy fixing their other mistakes.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
I took a full day of work off for the highly anticipated interview. I was scheduled to interview with 5 separate people. Only 3 people showed up for their scheduled time slot. I was left sitting in an empty conference room for 20 minutes. Recruiter did not follow up and notified me after 4 weeks that the position was already filled.
