Interviewed May 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Applied through Hewitt's careers website. The job needed to be filled ASAP, so I was contacted by HR within 24 hours. A phone screening took place about 4 days later. At the end of the phone screening I was extended and invite for an on-site interview which took place 10-14 days later. I was contacted 3 days after the on-site interview with an offer.

Interviewed May 2009 in Bridgewater, NJ (took 1 week)
talked to a whole bunch of people, but process was organized and ran smoothly. felt as though everyone i met with represented the company in a positive way. i also appreciated the quick response time - i interviewed on a wednesday and got the job offer that friday. Only thing that was really difficult was that the start date was not negotiable

i was not able to negotiate. they told me the salary range in the very beginning, which initially was lower than what i asked for. they ended up giving me the top of the salary range, so i was satisfied.
