There were three rounds of interviews, none of which were technical in nature. The feedback from the first two interviews was communicated back to me and they were positive. They still wanted another round of interview and a few days after that they mentioned that the job posting was being withdrawn due to the fact they were getting a deal that were supposed to.

The interview process was fairly striaghtforward. I initially met with the HR/recruiter who asked very basci screening questions about my work history, gaps in employment and interests. I was then forwarded over to see a practice leader who delved more into my grasp of human capital theory and practices. After this interview I met with various members of the practice and was asked more "fit" related questions. We all then went to lunch in their "free" cafeteria onsite.
