being able to think on your feet and relate to past experiences will help you greatly. Hewitt uses an interview technique designed to find out what your past experience was to base what your future responses might be. Most of the questions are in the form of "tell me about a time when ....." and you are expected to give detail and information. Short terse answers are frowned upon.

The hiring process consisted of completing an application then waiting for a Hewitt person to get back to me. They are the WORST when it comes to followup. I have never had a worst company. Even the questionnaire that I completed was having problems and eventually I fell out of running for the position due to all of the technical difficulties. The recruiter took her time getting back to me. No sense of urgency and total lack of empathy. I mean I am very computer literate but their systems are horrendous. They acted as if it was my fault even though they were able to duplicate the problem. I do not recommend them at all. Head for the hills.
