Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 2 months)
2 face to face and 1 final phone interview. HR qualify final round by checking with reference. Expecting HR to highlight the benefits and shortfall with ex-company. Unfortunately, it wasn't per expectation. Questions were asked such as the current but will not highlight in the event is less than current. Such as leaves entitlement.
