Interviewed Dec 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 8 weeks)
I had total 4 rounds of interview. First level with the Hireing Manager, where I was asked to describe my current work and then went into details of what the new job was looking. Then I had to describe instances in my current role where I faced with a difficult business scenario and the approach I came up with in handling it. Also the difficulties faced in handling different kind of people within the organization. It went on well. Second round was with another manager, peer of the hiring manager where the question were similar to the earlier one and in addition I had to convince on the reasons for shift in pervious jobs. Third round was with VP which was general. Then last round with local HR, which was more on compensation part.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Very standard interview. Focused on attitudes very strictly and why to leave your last company very largely. Should be very high on moral, team skills, honest, sincere, caring team member. Technical goes only to standard levels like list, tree basis only. they don't explicitly need super fundu guy. They need a stable candidate for their long term process. Knowing many processes/tools is a plus.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Not very good, HR staffing team sometime behaves not fairly. Negotiation process needs very large improvements.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I was offerend a profile of FICO consultant and was asked questions related to finance primarily.
There were two rounds of interview, first one was the technical round and the other one was the HR round.
In technical round I was asked about what is the beta of a stock and how to calculate the price of a share. I was asked about the various project evaluation techniques like NPV and IRR.
In HR round, it was a personality test. I was asked about weather I have acted as a leader in past. I was also asked about what skills are required to be a consultant. They started by asking me to describe myself and anything unique about myself.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The profile of ERP consultant (FICO) is not a hardcore finance profile. I dont have any desire to be a consultant either. I wanted to work at a place where there is more action, like a bank for eg.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.
