I had a phone interview with the main guy. Thought it went well.
I had a Panel interview with the Director and team lead for IT.
The director has the usual people skill Q.s
The team lead had the tech Q.s
I thought I met or exceeded all requirements.
Never called me back, emailed me in a week, they found someone else. :(
