Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
The process started with the Group Discussion (Our GD Topic was "Knowledge Vs Experience" & the shortlisted candidates participated in the Personal Interview.
The GD topics and interview questions totally depend on interviewer. According to my knowledge the technical questions should be around statistics, economics and MR.
In personal interview I was asked most of the questions based on statistics & economics
In statistic the questions where covering almost all topics we studied in QT except time series forecasting. The questions where related to application of the statistical techniques and interpretation of the results.
In Economics the questions where around ISLM curve, Multipliers effect etc.
Another typical question was "Suppose you was what to ship printers to Kolkata, How many printers will you ship? Assume that all kind of data is available with you". Here what they look for is 'what steps or logic you follow to arrive at number' not the final number.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Plano, TX (took a day)
I was disappointed with the interviewer. The call came in from Mexico and I could barely understand the lady. The interview questions were about Java and they were only definition questions. If you are about to apply, brush up on basic Java definitions.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 1 week)
Spoke with the internal recruiter and he explained the position to me. Then my resume was given to the hiring manager who then called me to set up the interview. It was initially supposed to be a 1:1 but turned into a 2:1, which is fine. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and after 70 minutes, we called it done. The team was engaging, asked great questions, allowed me to ask questions and we started our working relationship right there.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 months)
Initial interview consisted of a 30 minute phone screen by an outside agency. The second invitation was an office interview with a panel of 4. Questions were behavioral based followed by business accumen questions. The interview was in a conference room in a office that looked like a call center. The dress and style of management was very professional (coat, ties, dresses and jackets) unlike that of the others. There was no question as to who was "in-position".
Interview experience was good. I liked the fact that they responded within a week to let you know if you made it to the third level of interviews.
