The first round was a phone interview, which had a case and a behavioral question. The second round was an on site interview which consisted of 2 cases. First case was on go-to-market for an emerging country. Had he highlight the thought process i would take to enter into a new market. The second case was solving a supply chain issue.

One of the VPs of the Department I work in from another city came to my school and interviewed students based off of the resume's he recived.
It was a hour long behavioral interview in a 1-on-1 office on campus.
I then didn't hear anything for about 3 weeks (in terms of the process), but was kept in touch with to tell them they were still thinking of me. I then was told that I would be video conference interviewed by the CFO of the Department I would work with. I didn't hear from them for a month (their fiscal year ended), and was then contacted by a different member (manager) of the department. I then had an hour long phone Interview (the job site is out of my state).

Negotiation Details
Due to the offer being extended very close to the start date, there was no time to negotiate. Also, internship jobs are usually offered at a fix salary level with very little wiggle room.

The interview was very complete, consisting of; a telephone screen, a telephone interview, 1 on 1 in person interview, group interview (4 of them and me), and 7 requests to program in; perl(2), C(1), java(1) and SQL(3). The requests were awkward because I had to write the code on a chalk board, not in an IDE, so as to compile the code to test it's validity :-(

The offer was too small. I have friends working in the valley, at other companies, who started at their respective companies, making $23,000 and $26,000 more.

Hiring manager called me for an initial phone screen. Then a coupleof more phone screens with 2 other ppl.Then was invited onsite for a 1:1 interview with 4 ppl.Lasted 3 hours. Ppl were friendly and concentrated more on data structure questions.
