I contacted the company through their carreer website, I created a profile and submitted CV, Introduction letter and reference list. I searched the jobs in the region of interest and selected those I am interested due to they fit to my skills, I submit to these positions. For some of them HP Human resources arranged either Phone Interviews and 1:1 interviews with a group of hiring managers to go in details.
Interviews were focused in having more details about my experience and skills, some emphasis from HP about education degree. Details on the job position not really described in the job post were clarified as well as expectations of company from candidates.
HP indicated a decision could be taken in the following 6 weeks and communicated to candidates via email.
