Interview Details –
The interview process was coordinated over phone entirely and was very professional. Lot of flexibility was offered for meeting dates and times. The actual technical interview was managed by relevant domain experts and this round of the interview consisted only of technical / domain related questions. Questions were more to judge the experience of the candidate in various scenarios and ability to handle various issues.
The next round of the interview covered soft skills, work balance, interpersonal skills etc and compensation was discussed separately with HR teams.
All in all a very structured and clear approach.
